If the fit isn't right, send them back within 100 days. We cover the return shipping. We'll exchange them for a different size or width, or refund you in full. Try them on indoors the way you would in a shoe shop, then return in the original box with tags intact.

Most brands give you 14-30 days. We give you 100. And we pay the return.

How do I know which size to order? ▾

Take the 60-second quiz. You'll measure your width, enter your EU size, and we'll match you to the exact size and width in our system. It's built on 1.2 million foot scans, not a generic size chart. And if anything feels off, you have 100 days to exchange or return. We cover the shipping.

Should I wear socks with them? ▾

They're designed to be worn barefoot. Directly on the skin, without stockings. That's how the wool works best. It breathes against your skin, wicks moisture, and regulates temperature naturally. Thomas wears all three models barefoot, every day. Some customers say they'll never go back.

Can I wear them outside? ▾

All three models have a natural rubber sole with good grip. Walking to the shops, out to the garden, the school run. They handle it. The rubber sole is watertight. They're built for home first, but they go wherever you go.

Is wool itchy on bare skin? ▾

The wool is felted, not knitted. So there are no loose fibres to irritate your skin. Even customers with wool sensitivity wear them directly on skin without issues.

Will they shrink or lose shape? ▾

Hand-felted wool is bonded permanently under heat and pressure. The fibres lock together. They hold their shape for years. They won't shrink, won't stretch out, won't flatten.

How do I clean them? ▾

You probably won't need to. Wool contains lanolin, a natural antimicrobial that repels dirt and odour. If they ever need freshening up, air them out. That's it. Keep them dry.

How long do they last? ▾

Two to three years of regular daily wear, sometimes longer. The more you wear them, the faster they age. Same as any shoe. Hand-felted wool doesn't pill or unravel like knitted or machine-made alternatives.

How high does the Boot go? ▾

Just above the ankle. Like a low leather boot. The wool shaft covers above your trouser line and keeps warmth in. Same wool thickness and density as the SlipOn and Espadrille. But the extra warmth comes from the ankle coverage, not thicker material.

Does the Boot have arch support or extra cushioning? ▾

All Wool2fit shoes are barefoot design. There's no added arch support, no extra cushioning. They're made to strengthen your foot muscles through natural movement and give you a straight posture. The wool and rubber sole provide all the comfort. Your feet do the rest.
