Leveringspolitik

 

This policy explains where we ship, how long delivery takes, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • Denmark

  • Sweden

  • Germany

  • Other EU member states

  • Selected non-EU destinations on request — email info@wool2fit.com before ordering to confirm

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free throughout the European Union, with no minimum order value. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no surprise shipping fees.

For shipments outside the EU, shipping is quoted at checkout based on destination and weight. Customs duties, import VAT, and handling fees are the customer's responsibility and are payable on delivery — see "Customs and Duties" below.

Processing Time

We pack and dispatch orders quickly — normally within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a business day will, where possible, be dispatched the same day.

During peak seasons (November–December, major sales) processing may take an extra day or two. We'll post notices on the site if dispatch times extend significantly.

All times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier, your local postal service, and factors outside our control (customs, weather, public holidays).

Carriers We Use

Depending on your destination, we ship via one of the following carriers:

  • GLS

  • PostNord

  • DHL

  • Bring

  • DAO

  • UPS

  • Danske Fragtmænd

You will see the selected carrier in your dispatch confirmation email.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow your package through the carrier's website at any time. If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then email info@wool2fit.com.

Customs and Duties (Non-EU Shipments Only)

We ship to non-EU destinations on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the price you pay at checkout does not include:

  • Customs duties charged by your country on the value of the goods

  • Import VAT or sales tax charged at your country's border

  • Carrier handling or clearance fees

These charges are payable directly to the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery. The amount varies by country and is determined by local law — we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them for you before you order. If you refuse to pay customs charges and the package is returned to us, the original shipping cost and any return-to-origin fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend checking your country's customs and import rules before placing an order from outside the EU.

Delays and Lost Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, the first step is to check the tracking link. If the package appears stuck or missing, email info@wool2fit.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. Carriers typically require 10–14 business days of no movement before declaring a package lost, so please allow some time before we can initiate a replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Addresses with typos, missing apartment numbers, or incorrect postal codes may cause delays or failed deliveries. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; the reshipment cost may be charged to you.
